LGBTQ+ Officer

The LGBTQ+ Officer’s role is to ensure that LGBTQ+ students’ views and opinions are reflected throughout the MCR committee’s work, and represent LGBTQ+ students’ views to College, where relevant. They should also support LGBTQ+ students by signposting them to relevant resources, liaising with the college and CamSU and raising issues (regarding LGBTQ+ matters) where necessary. The LGBTQ+ officer also has the opportunity to organise LGBTQ+ socials and events.
